General information
Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a division of our factory. We offer solutions and confirm all details of the order. Our factory will arrange the production as per your requirements.
Where is your factory?
We have two factories( one for umbrellas and another one for raincoats) which are located in or near Xiamen City.
Do you factory conduct any audits
Yes, we have passed the BSCI audit. And some customers’ internal audits.
Do you agree to conduct the factory audit before the audit?
Yes, it is ok, please tell me your schedule and we will make arrangements for auditing.
What is the production capacity of your factory?
We can produce more than 180,000 pcs per month.
Sales services
What is your payment term?
1). For smaller order valued at less than USD$6,000, we will request cash or T/T payment for the full amount in advance.
2). For order values that exceed USD$6,000, we require a 30% deposit by T/T and the remaining balance payment T/T before shipment or pay again the copy of B/L.
3). For special orders, we can negotiate the payment term.
How much for an umbrella sample cost?
Sample costs between $30-$100 USD plus freight charges. You may also provide us with your freight collect account number (eg.: DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, etc.). All expenses must be paid before a sample is sent. Once you place the order, we will refund the sample cost to you.
Do I have to pay the sample cost if I’ve placed the order?
There is no sample cost needed if you’ve already placed the order.
What is your delivery time?
In general, for OEM orders, the delivery time is 55-65 days after confirming all details of the orders. If have the ready regular materials, 30-45 days. For some special orders we offer a solution of fast shipment.
What is your sample lead time?
The sample needs 5-7 days. For special samples, it takes 7-10 days.
Can I customize my order?
Yes, both OEM and ODM orders are welcome.
What is your MOQ?
1). Order with designated Pantone color/design, the MOQ is around 5000pcs/design for polyester fabric and 3000pcs/design for pongee.
2). If you can accept to use of the ready materials, the MOQ is 1200pcs/design.
3). For other quantities, please let us know your requirements, and we can offer a solution to you.
Do you have a Non-disclosure agreement(NDA) to protect my designs?
Yes, we always protect our clients’ designs as top secret. Please send us the NDA file and let’s sign it.
What should you do if there is a problem or defective with my umbrella order?
If your bulk order comes damaged or with any defects, we will issue a refund or we will remake a new batch of umbrellas for you.
Product features
Can I customize my logo on the umbrella?
Yes, there are a lot of options to customize your logo on the umbrella. Just tell me your requirements, and we can make a solution for you.
Can I customize my design on the raincoat?
Yes, you can print your design on the front side and backside of the raincoat. You also can print the design on the sleeve and hood if you like.
What is the material of the raincoat?
We mainly use eco-friendly EVA materials for kids raincoats. Besides EVA materials, we also make some PVC materials raincoats both for kids and adults.
What is the regular size of the raincoat?
Our regular raincoat sizes are M, L, XL, and XXL. If you want to customize your size raincoats, we can make it for you as well.
What is your MOQ of raincoats?
For OEM order, the MOQ is 1000 pcs per size/color.
For our regular items, we have usually have some ready goods, the MOQ can be less. The MOQ can be 300 pcs per size/color.
